Staff Accountant
Implement computerized accounting systems to prepare monthly closing
and financial statements; collect and process data to operate and then
conduct cost analysis, budget and monthly variance analysis. Job duties include:
● prepare and analyze corporate financial reports and pertinent
documents for review by management and /or outside entities/agencies
● prepare and maintain balance sheets and profit and loss statements
● prepare, maintain, and analyze financial information to estimate
future operation revenues/expenditures
● prepare financial reports for state and local tax filings
● set up classification of accounts and organize accounting procedures
● devise forms and prepare manuals required to guide accounting activities.
Masters degree in Accounting required.

Directions

From San Francisco take 280 South or 101 South to 85 South. Go on 85 South and exit left on Almaden Expressway. Go on Almaden Expressway for about 2 miles and make a right on Kell Way (there is a sign pointing to Hillsdale Avenue below Kell Way). Make the first right into our parking lot. 3150 is a large, two story beige building.

From Oakland/Berkeley/Fremont take 880 South to 85 South. Follow above.

From the East Bay take 680 South to 87 South. Go on 87 South and exit right on Almaden Expressway. Go on Almaden Expressway for about 2 miles and make a left on Foxworthy Avenue. Make a right on Old Almaden Road. 3150 Almaden is on the second block. 3150 is a large, two story beige building.
